By placing an order with MILA Maison des Roses ® through our Website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years or older, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order for products through our Website. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the milaroses.com Website.

-        Milaroses.com is for the sole use of individuals and entities wishing to review, consider, purchase or otherwise engage in retail transactions involving MILA Maison des Roses ® goods and services and/or to otherwise transact business with or contact MILA Maison des Roses ®

-        Mila Maison de Roses will not share any private or transactional information of customers (whether such customer is a person or an entity) with any third party not affiliated with MILA Maison des Roses ®

Confirmation of order

  • Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor our offer to supply it. We may require additional information to conclude the transaction.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind if we decide to accept or decline your order.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.


  • Your order transaction must be paid in full by debit, credit or Paypal on this Web site.
  • Payment shall be collected at the time of order and order can only be shipped when full payment of transaction is approved and collected.
  •         If you are placing an order through a company, we may agree to credit terms via a separate written agreement. Please contact us to make specific arrangements.
  • You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide your complete personal details, including accurate delivery address,
  • We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards (Visa / Master Card. American Express) and Paypal.
  • By clicking on the “Pay” button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.


  •         Same Day Delivery

It is possible to receive your Mila order the day of your purchase by special courier in the Los Angeles Metro area for a $20.00 fee for all arrangement of less than $150.00 and $10.00 for all orders above. Our cut off time to order for same day delivery is 1pm (PST).

  •         Next Day Delivery

For orders processed before 2pm (PST), during weekdays, next day delivery is possible Nationwide. A charge of $15.00 will be added to your order. Next day delivery is made either by our local courier service, UPS or Fedex.

  •         Standard Shipping

For all orders placed after 2pm (PST), delivery Nationwide is available 2 or 3 days after your order has been processed, the delivery charge is $15.00. It will be automatically added to your order at the time of check out.

Please note that Mila USA is not able to process deliveries on Sundays or public vacations.

  •         US Shipping

Our Box arrangements ship either via UPS or FedEx depending on your location. All orders placed before 2PM PST Cut Off Time will ship that same day, others will ship the following day, except on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

  •         Package tracking

Mila USA will send you an email notification with tracking information to follow your package.

-        MILA Maison des Roses ® uses third party vendors for deliveries. (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, DHL, Courriers). MILA Maison des Roses ® is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our facility.

-        If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding and that no claim can be made against us for any delays or early deliveries. Once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipping and the delivery.


-        Each order is made to order and customer specific, all sales are final and no refunds or company credit will be issued.


  • If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order, Mila Maison des Roses needs to be alerted within 15 minutes of your order being placed. If Mila Maison des Roses has started production of your order, your order cannot be canceled. Specific design modifications may be possible.
  • Any agreement by Mila Maison des Roses to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of all costs if any, charges and expenses already incurred by Mila Maison des Roses>


  • The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in US Dollars and are valid only in the United States. For orders outside of the United States, currency exchange, additional shipping and other specific charges may apply.
  • While we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on this Website at the time of your order.

Limitation of Liability 

-        To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MILA Maison des Roses ®  shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the goods, nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning, or use of the goods sold by MILA Maison des Roses ®

-        MILA Maison des Roses ®  takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our Website. MILA Maison des Roses ®  does not sell or share any personal information gathered from our Website. In order to process orders we need to obtain certain information such as your name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our Website are secured and our Website does not store your credit card information.
